For all those who want to develop a clear, stable access to themselves in the midst of stress, change or inner turmoil.
This compact group setting offers you structured stimuli, space for personal reflection, and the opportunity to exchange ideas with others who are asking similar questions. Together, we will explore key topics such as resilience, emotional self-regulation, inner stability, and the art of dealing with challenges in connection with yourself.
What exactly is it about?
Inner Serenity Compact is a guided group process over several months (a total of 5 sessions of 2 hours each, plus introduction and conclusion).
Each stage includes:

The group meets online in a confidential setting. The goal is not a "result," but rather an experiential approach to one's own inner stability—independent of external circumstances.

The self-study program offers you the opportunity to work through the content of "Inner Serenity" at your own pace. It consists of thematically structured video prompts, accompanying reflection questions, and selected blog posts for in-depth study. Ideal if you want some freedom while still wanting to explore your inner issues in depth.

Was erwartet mich bei „Innere Gelassenheit“?
Das Format begleitet dich dabei, einen verlässlichen inneren Zugang zu entwickeln – besonders in Zeiten, in denen Vieles im Außen drückt, zieht oder unklar ist. Du setzt dich mit Fragen auseinander wie: – Wie gehe ich mit Druck um, ohne mich selbst zu verlieren? – Was gibt mir Orientierung, wenn Gewohntes nicht mehr trägt? – Wie bleibe ich innerlich ruhig, wenn außen alles laut ist? Die Inhalte bieten dir strukturierte Impulse, Reflexionsfragen, alltagstaugliche Übungen und – je nach Variante – den Austausch in einer kleinen vertraulichen Gruppe.
How does participation work?
You register using the form. You indicate your interest in the group. Participation is possible when a spot becomes available and you receive personal confirmation. You can start the self-study program at any time, as long as there are still spots available.
How much time should I plan for?
The self-study program is flexible—you set your own pace. Group participation requires approximately two hours per session, plus some time for reflection and deepening between sessions.
What variants are there?
You can choose between: Self-study program: You follow your path at your own pace. Content, videos, reflection questions, and blog posts accompany you through several stages. Self-study program with reflection guide: You will also receive a digital workbook that guides you through all topics in depth. Private group (Inner Serenity Compact): Five joint sessions of 2 hours each – plus an introduction and conclusion. You are integrated into a clear framework with inspiration, exchange, and personal access to the content.
What if I get stuck at some point?
The content is structured so that you can pick up again at any time. There's no "right" progression—just your own pace. In the group, supportive moments often arise from sharing, and in the self-study program, reflection questions help you stay on track.
What does “inner serenity” mean as a meta-competence?
Inner serenity is more than a short-term state of calm. It's about the ability to perceive and categorize yourself, and remain capable of action – even when external pressure, chaos, or uncertainty prevails. This inner attitude doesn't develop through a single tool, but through experience: You learn what moves you internally, how to deal with emotional stress, and how to consciously influence your own reactions – without bending yourself. This is precisely what makes serenity a meta-skill: It can be transferred to many areas of life – in relationships, in everyday life, in dealing with decisions, or in transitional phases. It's not about always being calm. It's about being able to guide yourself internally even when you're moving.
